Stress Less and Plan Smarter!

Does this ring a bell?

You're browsing through Pinterest looking for amazing things to do while your on your next vacation.

You read what feels like a bazillion blog posts and find some awesome ideas. But, by the next day, you can remember a couple of things that sparked your interest.

By the time you go to leave for your vacation, you've done hours worth of research but hardly have anything on your itinerary.

Do you dream of planning more effectively (and in less time)?

You want to make sure you remember all of the things you want to do and try so that you can actually experience them.

You want to be able to prioritize them and plan a loose itinerary to ensure that you're getting the most out of your trip instead of feeling like you're wandering around aimlessly. (I mean, there's time for that, too. But, you'll no longer spend your entire trip doing that!)

Here's the Real Problem

No, you're not a shitty planner.

You just don't have the right tools to plan effectively.

I've been struggling with this for years. I've tried writing in a journal, using prompts, using Pinterest boards, Word, Evernote, OneNote, and plenty of other tools.

No matter what I tried, I could never effectively plan a trip to save my life. Despite the amount of research I did, my trips ended up the same. And, it's because I hadn't found the best way for me to organize my thoughts and plans.

Finally, I started experimenting with Trello. My first vacation planning board in Trello was just as useless as all of my other attempts to organize my plans.

But, after my most recent trip, I had a thought. I didn't just need a place to collect my ideas. I needed a place to collect them and then assign to a tentative timeline.

Sounds silly when I say it like that, but I legit hadn't found a way to make that happen yet.

So, I went back into Trello and created a board that turned my trip planning into a stress-free experience.

Why The Ultimate Vacation Planner is Different

First of all, Trello is way more functional for planning than a notebook or Word document, or even an Excel spread sheet.

It allows you to move around your ideas effortlessly and organize them in the best way possible, even if that changes in the midst of your planning.

The Ultimate Vacation Planner gives your the opportunity to do research and collect all of your ideas in one place. And, then it takes it a step further by allowing you to actually create a tentative itinerary within the same board.

Need to remember to buy tickets for the train or for an attraction? Girl, I got you! The Ultimate Vacation Planner has labels built in so that you can see exactly what you'll need to purchase tickets for.

You can even mark things as affordable, pricey, and a must-do! That way you can prioritize everything and you can ensure that you'll be able to stick to your budget.

Is functional, visual, and so easy to use!

Did I Mention It's FREE?!

I'm so excited about The Ultimate Travel Planner Trello Board that I want to give it to you for FREE!

I think that every traveler should have a super easy to use travel planner that actually helps.

Organizing your thoughts and ideas always sounds easy, but you and I both know that it's actually quite difficult to do effectively. It takes a lot of trial and error.

Now that I've done all of the trial and error, I definitely don't want you to have to do it, too.

That's why it's free!

Vacation Planning Just Became Stress-Free!

You'll be amazed at how easy this planner makes planning your next vacation.

Say goodbye to stress, and hello to easy organized planning.

You'll actually get to do all of the things you want to do on your vacation, instead of visiting and then discovering all of the cool stuff you could have done after you leave.

So, what are you waiting for?!
